Apple Posts MacBook Pro Firmware Update
Here is the text from Software Update:
"This EFI Firmware Update fixes known start up and wake-from-sleep issues on MacBook Pro computers. If the firmware update doesn't run automatically, open it manually in the /Applications/Utilities folder."
