Ah. No.
That has nothing to do with 're'-booting. Just selecting a boot device, and you have to get to that part of the BIOS by choice. And I really doubt that many people recognise this as I doubt most users will ever have to touch the BIOS. It's not even got anything to do with Windows! It's the motherboard! You'd have this with Linux or X86 installed! And chances are it's fake anyway.
