Apple Unveils New Store Design

Apple is unveiling a new store design that will focus more on iPods and its Macintosh line, giving more show room space where customers can get technical help with their products, reports Bloomberg. Among the new features off the redesign will be an "iPod Bar" and a studio for artists to give advice to customers on creative projects. "The new design puts twice as many Macs and iPods on display and should speed customer service, said Ron Johnson, Apple's VP of retail operations in the report." Bloomberg goes on to note that the stores will be modeled after Apple's Fifth Avenue Store.
